Perfect condition, in fact I would class this mint, complete with all original parts.

Driver all in black with correct white helmet, whip, axe, ladder, bucket, and pressure gauge still on the water tank.

Not easy one to find, especially having white horses with red tack & reigns.

A Timpo collection is not complete with out this !!
